In the historic region of Thebes, we undertook the full reconstruction of a traditional stone house for private residence. Our goal was to preserve the unique character of the structure while integrating modern comforts and durability. The result is a home that respects its past and serves present-day living with elegance and warmth.
In one of Greece’s most exclusive coastal destinations, we constructed a contemporary detached house tailored for short-term rental and tourist use. In Ermoupolis, the neoclassical heart of Syros, we restored a traditional residence into SHAPES Luxury Suites — a boutique hospitality project. In 2025, Shapes Ventures begins a new development in the Pigadakia area of Voula. This luxury detached residence will include a private swimming pool and combine minimal contemporary design with high-end finishes. Surrounded by nature yet close to the urban center, the project reflects our vision for functional, elegant living in one of Athens’ most desirable residential zones.
